1. Preparation Download Qlone from App Store or Google Play. Print the official Qlone AR scanning mat inside the app, lay it flat on a clean, flat surface. Trim your natural nails short, clean all dust, oil and dead skin to ensure accurate scanning data.
2. Start Scanning Place your finger steadily in the center of the AR mat. Open the Qlone scan mode, aim your camera at your finger until the AR hemisphere grid appears. Tap the scan button and slowly rotate your finger or move your phone around your finger at a constant speed, covering all nail surfaces, nail arches, side edges and fingertip curves.
3. Double-Angle Scan (Key for perfect fit) Complete one full round scan, then flip your finger slightly and scan a second time. The app will automatically merge the two sets of data to capture hidden nail curves and bottom radian that single scanning may miss.
4. Export & Submit After scanning is finished, preview the 3D model to check for complete nail structure. Export the file in universal GLB/OBJ format, or save clear full-view screenshots of the 3D model. Send the model file or screenshots to our customer service team for exclusive nail customization.
